The latest models also include modern tech features to enhance your convenience, safety, and connectivity on every journey. Learn more about some of these innovative features before heading to your local Toyota dealership to see the 2025 lineup in person.

1. Large Multimedia Displays

Most new Toyota models include a standard 8.0-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia display to control the latest infotainment software. Even larger displays are available, including a 10.5-inch option for the 2025 Corolla and RAV4, and a 12.3-inch version for the Prius. The Tacoma boasts the largest available screen, with 14.0 inches of digital real estate.

2. Connected Services

Toyota Connected Services offer additional features to personalize your audio, entertainment, navigation, and safety experiences. A subscription is required, but most 2025 models come with free trials so you can test them out before committing. Service Connect provides personalized maintenance updates and vehicle health reports, while Wi-Fi Connect offers a 4G LTE hotspot for up to five devices at a time, and includes Integrated Streaming to connect your Apple Music or Amazon Music subscription.

Other available Connected Services include Safety Connect, Drive Connect, and Remote Connect.

3. Backup Cameras and 360-Degree Views

Some 2025 Toyota models like the Prius, RAV4, and Tacoma feature standard integrated backup camera displays to simplify parking and enhance your safety. Some can also be optioned with a Panoramic View Monitor, which provides a 360-degree view of the area around your vehicle. Depending on the model, you can select different views, including an overhead view and a curb view.

4. Toyota Safety Sense 3.0

Most new Toyota vehicles include Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, which is a comprehensive suite of safety and driver assistance features that offer extra peace of mind. The package includes:

  • Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection
  • Proactive Driving Assist
  • Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist
  • Automatic High Beams
  • Road Sign Assist
  • Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control

5. Blind Spot Monitor

A Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross Traffic Alert is standard in the 2025 Prius and optional in most other models to give the driver more confidence when changing lanes. It uses radar sensors mounted in the rear bumper to detect vehicles that might be hiding behind your C-pillar and illuminates a warning indicator on the side mirror. When reversing out of parking spots, the Rear Cross Traffic Alert feature automatically checks for vehicles approaching from behind on either side.
